Visit the Official Portal at neet.nta.nic.in.
On the homepage, locate and click on the "NEET UG 2026 Admit Card" link under the candidate activity section.
Enter your application number, password (or date of birth), and the security PIN displayed on the screen.
Once the admit card appears, Save the document as a PDF and take clear printouts on A4-sized paper.
