    • The ACE must re-evaluate 20% of the scripts valued by each AE under them.

Key Evaluation Rules

  • Double Valuation: On the first day, AEs must perform double valuation of 2 or 3 scripts (depending on exam duration) to ensure a clear understanding of the scoring key before starting regular valuation.
  • Scoring:
    • Incorrect answers must be marked with a zero ("0") in the margin.
    • Unanswered questions must be marked with a dash ("-") in the tabulation column of the face sheet.
    • The total score must be written on the first page, but it should not be circled.
  • Special Cases: For students with visual or physical disabilities exempted from certain questions (graphs, drawings, etc.), proportional scores based on their other answers must be awarded for those exempted questions.
  • Grace Marks: Special consideration categories may receive a grace mark of 25% of their secured marks to help them pass the subject, provided they haven't already secured passing marks.
  • Score Sheets: These are distributed only at 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM daily. Errors in the score sheet require the old sheet to be destroyed before a new one is issued.

General Discipline

  • Silence must be maintained in the camp.
  • Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited inside the hall and phones must be switched off.
  • Unauthorized persons are not permitted in the camp area.
